NJ Governor's School for the Science and Engineering
NJIT Science and Engineering Program
The NJIT Science and Technology Enrichment Program (STEP) (cs.njit.edu/STEP/index.php) offers high school students FREE non-credit courses taught by NJIT faculty. Offering STEP is possible due to the generous sponsorship by the Louis Berger Group (louisberger.com).
These courses will be offered on Saturday mornings 10am - 12pm from September 21st to November 23rd at NJIT’s campus in Newark, NJ. Please reference the STEP calendar for all course dates (cs.njit.edu/STEP/STEP_Calendar.php)
Liberty Science Center - Partners in Science
Now in its 27th year, LSC's Partners in Science program provides an intensive, eight-week summer experience for high school juniors and seniors. The program pairs students with mentors in science, health and technical fields and challenges them to particapte in ongoing research and independent projects. Partners in Science gives students the opportunity to investigate questions driving scientific discovery in professional laboratory settings. Summer Academy in Applied Science Technology
The School of Engineering and Applied Science at the University of Pennsylvania offers a unique program for a selective group of high school students to experience rigorous and challenging college-level course work. The three week summer academy combines sophisticated theory with hands-on practical experience in cutting-edge technologies in biotechnology, computer graphics, computer science, nanotechnology and robotics. Stockton Univ. Summer Science Program
Stockton Summer Sustainability and Environmental Academy for High School Seniors - mid July.
Building on the strengths of Stockton's Environmental Science and Marine Science undergraduate programs, the Richard Stockton College of NJ has developed a college living and learning experience for rising high school seniors. Apply to the program during 11th grade and spend two weeks in the summer between 11th and 12th grade living on a college campus.
Have adventure-filled days hiking, kayaking and learning about the various ecological habitats of southern New Jersey. Earn three college credits after successful completion of the program that have the potential to be transferable to other colleges and universities, and will be accepted for credit for students who enroll at Richard Stockton College.
Columbia University Science Honors Program
